Users' journey mapping and architecture information mentorship

A new banking app from scratch based on security and built finance processes of the Bank. International project involving teams from 5 different countries. The consulting contract involved research to map priorities and mental models of users, design team mentoring, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, UI and testing for the final product.

Research conducted with gen Y, X and baby boomers, involving in person and online interviews, priority matrix, structured discussions, guided fantasy and cooperative evaluation with users
