Development of strategies for product discovery, from intervews, surveys, priority matrix, cardsorting for users’ mapping and categorization of priorities to structure information architecture, wireframe and interaction strategies for prototyping and testing.

2020 - UX Research  and Strategy at VRD Research

> Vancouver – Bologna.
Development research strategies and mentoring design team to create banking app. From data analysis, information structure and prototyping to UI and testing. The app brings a few unprecedented features to the banking industry, based on deep research. The app is under development to be released by the end of 2020

2019 - UX Researcher at Alice Concierge App

> Rio de Janeiro – Vancouver – New York

Development of research strategies to map users’ experiences, mental model and glitches within the system. Interviews, surveys, usability tests with final users, to highlight critical problems and work with design team to point solutions. Since the beginning of the contract, critical problems related to Forbes luxury 5 star hotels have been identified and categorized by priority.

2018 - Professorship and Research lab management at UFF

responsible for classes related to digital and graphic projects. As a member of educational board have built strategies for a new Master’s degree program. As the UX Research head for the cross-channel interaction research group, I’ve taken students to reach new levels of knowledge and breakthroughs on UX pervasive interactions and the inversion of the blended space theory using augmente reality.
